At Ilembe we believe in our people and want to empower them to become more desirable in the workplace. This begins with a hands on approach to training and development.

Skills need to be taught and people encouraged to undertake training to not only make a more productive society but also to ensure they are equipped with the right tools and training to do the job efficiently and safely. All workers at Ilembe’s different divisions undergo rigorous training and safety inductions to ensure all Health and Safety requirements are met.

Recently organised and completed a 3 week course for 28 students to learn basic building as a part of a scheme to develop and transfer skills to previously disadvantaged communities. All candidates were issued certificates on completion and a lot was learnt.
